Week 1 – Welcome and let’s Paint a Picture
Week 1: Live Replay
Recap:
In this first session, we began our Dreamers and Doers journey with a focus on envisioning our futures and defining what the next chapter of life could look like. I guided everyone through a vision-storming exercise, encouraging you to think about where you see yourself in five years. We touched on goals, dreams, feeling stuck, and how to begin moving forward.
Building a life by design, not by default starts with dreaming.
Key themes included:
- Creating intention: Many of you shared feelings of chaos or lacking direction in your current lives. The goal is to not only visualize what you want in the future but also how you want to feel—more aligned, joyful, and fulfilled.
- Acknowledging support: I asked you to reflect on who has supported you, both recently and early in your life. Gratitude for these relationships is important as we move forward.
- Dreaming boldly: Let’s create a Painted Picture to dream big and be unapologetic about what you envision for your future, whether that includes lifestyle changes, career shifts, or new opportunities.
Assignment for the Week: do or don’t do…this is your time/sessions
- Vision Storming Exercise: Take time to refine your painted picture of life in five years. Journal about:
- How you want to feel every day.
- What kind of work, if any, you’re doing
- What brings you joy, fun, and excitement
- How your relationships and community look.
- What is happening in your daily life, how are you making a living, who is hanging out with you, what does your life FEEL like,
- Gratitude Practice: Identify at least one person from your list of supporters and send them a message of thanks. Reflect on how this acknowledgment feels. I want to encourage you to reach out, send a note, a card or a text to someone on that list if you feel called to.
- Voxer Participation: Use our Voxer group to share thoughts, questions, and reflections throughout the week. Feel free to engage with each other as much as desired.

Week 2 – Find the gaps Foundational Life Pillars
Week 2: Live Replay
Recap of week 2
In our session, we focused on our foundational pillars and discussed the importance of creating a “Thrive List” to support our well-being and the journey toward our dreams. Together, we used the Wheel of Life to assess and rate areas like health, purpose, finances, relationships, and environment, aiming to better align these aspects of life with our visions. Our goal was to identify micro-upgrades—small changes that can enhance our daily lives and contribute meaningfully to long-term goals.
Key insights from our session included:
- Micro-Upgrades: Small, intentional actions can create big shifts in our well-being. We explored ideas like refreshing worn-out personal items, organizing spaces, or setting clearer boundaries to prioritize joy.
- Questioning Habits: I encouraged us to take a fresh look at our routines and spending habits, asking if these align with where we truly want to be in life.
- Setting Non-Negotiables: Developing a Thrive List—our essentials for mental and emotional well-being—can help keep us stay anchored and aligned.
- What’s Not Coming in 2025: We focused on identifying what no longer serves us, to let go of, to make space for new, supportive habits and routines.
Some prompts:
- “What’s not coming with me into 2025?” – I challenged everyone to reflect on and release habits, routines, or objects that don’t align with our future goals.
- “Everything is connected” – I reminded the group that health, finances, relationships, and environment all work together to support a life of joy and purpose.
- “Micro upgrades, not macro-overhauls, lead to steady change” – I emphasized how small, manageable adjustments keep us moving forward without overwhelm.
- “Surround yourself with joy” – I encouraged everyone to consider how the people, environment and even clothing in our lives should support joy and well-being.
Assignment/something to work on this week:
- Complete Your Foundational Life Pillars: What area of your life matter? this is a check in on how you are feeling about each area.
- Thrive List: Identify the non-negotiables that support your well-being and happiness. These might be small, but they’re essential for staying aligned with your goals.
- Micro-Upgrades: Implement at least one micro-upgrade in each pillar area you rated lower than you’d like. Some examples we discussed include refreshing a workspace, setting a new boundary, or planning a small but joyful activity.
- Eliminate What’s Not Serving You: List items, habits, or routines you’re leaving behind in 2024 to make room for the goals and visions you’re bringing into 2025.
Feel free to share your insights or questions in the Voxergroup for further encouragement and feedback!

Dreamers and Doers: Week 4 Recap
Thank you, Dreamers and Doers, for joining us for Week 4! It’s always a joy to see this community come together with such openness, enthusiasm, and willingness to share. This week’s session was filled with reflection, insights, and meaningful connections that left us inspired to keep pushing forward.
Highlights from Week 4:
-
Reflection and Self-Awareness
- A recurring theme this week was self-reflection. Several participants shared how they’ve been “stewing” on their thoughts and how this process has led to new realizations about their goals and personal growth.
-
The Power of Support and Accountability
- The session emphasized how having a supportive network can make all the difference. Many participants noted how valuable it is to have people who listen, challenge, and encourage them. Whether through intentional conversations or simply feeling seen, this group continues to exemplify the power of community.
-
Actionable Steps Toward Goals
- We revisited the importance of balancing reflection with action. While it’s essential to process and understand our “why,” moving forward—no matter how small the steps—helps us maintain momentum. Participants shared tips on how they plan to approach their next steps, from setting micro-goals to dedicating focused time for their priorities.
-
Takeaways from Shared Stories
- Stories of overcoming personal doubts and leaning into discomfort resonated deeply this week. It’s a reminder that the challenges we face are often opportunities for growth and resilience.
Moving Forward:
As we continue this journey, remember to hold space for both reflection and action. Take a moment this week to identify one area where you can step forward, whether it’s a bold move or a small but meaningful shift.
Thank you all for your insights, vulnerability, and willingness to show up fully.
Keep dreaming, keep doing, and we’ll see you next time!
I can’t wait to see where you land! xo Wendy
